Maria was in from Los Cabos for a visit with her companion/bodyguard, Maltese Tony, to catch up and review the sales of my latest, Expedition Borneo. True to form, over lunch she convinced Ljuba, our waitress, that she simply must try my book. Ever the conversationalist, Maria told her it would make a great movie, then told me I should write a sequel for Jake and Katherine. Maria said that she could not put the book down and read it in a day and a half. Said that while sitting around the pool on vacation, she sold three books. Wish I was such a salesman, but then that my dear reader, is why she is my sales rep.
